Privacy Policy

Your stories are yours. Profile data, stories, essays, and goals are stored to power your workspace and are never sold, shared, or used to train AI models.

What we store. Your account email and name, the application material you create (stories, essays, goals, resume, recommender briefs, interview notes), a log of AI actions on your materials (which powers your disclosure export), and daily usage counts for fair-use limits. Data lives in Supabase (Postgres) with per-user row-level security.

AI processing. When you use forge features, your content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing under their commercial terms (no training on your data). Identifiers are minimized.

Anonymous tools. Free tools work without an account. We keep a daily per-IP usage count (abuse prevention) and, only if you choose to enter it, your email for your report.

Export and deletion. Settings gives you one-click export of everything as JSON and one-click permanent deletion, immediately. You can also email support@getadmitforge.com and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. After deletion we retain a minimal record that the account existed (email, creation and deletion dates) for legal, security, and fraud-prevention purposes; it is not used for anything else.

Email. Free-tool email capture is used for your report and application-season guidance. Unsubscribe anytime.

No ad tracking. We use privacy-respecting product analytics on our own pages and no third-party advertising trackers.
