Our AI Integrity Policy

Forged, not fabricated. This is the line the whole product is built on, so we lead with it: AdmitForge never writes your application essays, in whole or in part. Our AI diagnoses, scores, outlines, and asks the hard questions. It does not produce a single sentence for you to submit as your own.

That is not a rule we tolerate. It is the entire point. Here is why a ghostwriter or a generic chatbot works against the exact person it is supposed to help.

A borrowed voice reads like a borrowed voice. Admissions readers work through thousands of essays a season, and they have learned the tells of machine-flattened and ghostwritten prose: uncannily smooth, emotionally flat, oddly inflated vocabulary, a narrative that could belong to anyone. The reader may not be able to prove where it came from. They do not need to. The moment an essay feels canned instead of lived, it stops doing its one job, which is to make the committee believe there is a specific person behind the file.

The suspicion is contagious.An essay that reads outsourced does not just lose points on that essay. It puts a question mark over the whole application: if this paragraph is not really yours, what else is not? Recommenders, achievements, the way you describe your own work all get re-read through that doubt. You do not get to explain yourself in the room. The file has to speak for you, and a ghostwritten file speaks in someone else's accent.

The essay is supposed to sound like you. That is the assignment. It is the one part of the application where a real person, in their own voice, tells the committee something no transcript or score can. Outsourcing that voice does not save you work. It deletes the only thing the essay was ever for. The strongest essay in any pile is the one only that applicant could have written, and no model can write it for you, because it does not have your memory.

So this is not about staying on the right side of a rule. It is about self-respect and self-interest lining up for once: the honest path and the winning path are the same path.

What our AI does. It scores your stories against our proprietary evaluation and coaching models, pressure-tests your goals, critiques your resume bullets using only the facts you provide, maps your stories to each prompt and outlines the structure, and builds recommender briefs and interview storyboards. Diagnosis and structure, always drawn from raw material you bring.

What it will never do.Draft your essay. Invent an accomplishment, a metric, or an experience you did not have. Hand you a replacement sentence to paste. Answer “just write it for me” (try it: the forge refuses). When a detail is missing, you get the question that surfaces it, never a fabricated stand-in.

Your disclosure record. Schools increasingly ask exactly how AI touched your application. For your essay work inside AdmitForge, the outlines and the draft critiques, we keep a per-school log of every action and let you export it any time as a Word document: a timestamped record showing the AI critiqued and questioned and never wrote. When a school asks, yours is an easy, honest answer.

Consistent with each school's rules.Policies differ, and we track each school's stated AI position in-product so you know what to disclose and where. Some schools prohibit any tool touching your essays, some require a written statement, some ask for a citation. Because our AI only ever critiques, outlines, and questions, and never drafts, staying inside those lines is straightforward. The work stays yours, start to finish.
